Senior Taekwon-Do  

This program has 9 grades. (There are many local clubs that have added extra grades to make more money)

Many Students in Martial Arts get bored and fed up because they are training along side children and beginner students and have to repeat or wait for the young or new students to catch up.

Senior classes allow advanced students and adults to move along at their own pace without being held up. It also allows the instructor to teach the full Martial Art without having miss out techniques that cannot and must not be taught in front of or near young children.  

One of the main benefits of a Senior class is that the students become family, and motivate each other to achieve their goals and can support each other in and out of the class. This is why the Whitburn Martial Arts Centre has its well deserved reputation as a family Martial Arts Centre.
